General Booking & Payment Policy
- Submitting an online booking form or payment does not confirm your reservation.
- Bookings are only confirmed after full or partial payment and verification of yacht or activity availability.
- All payments must be cleared before the booking date.
- Prices listed online may change without prior notice. The final confirmed price will be shared during booking confirmation.
- Add-ons (food, drinks, entertainment, decorations, etc.) must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Yacht Rental Policy
Rental Guidelines
- Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure.
- Respect the yacht, crew, and onboard facilities at all times.
- Bringing prohibited items (illegal substances, dangerous equipment, etc.) is strictly forbidden.
- Capacity limits must be respected for safety reasons.
Cancellation Terms
- Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance are eligible for rescheduling or partial refund.
- Cancellations within 7 days of booking date are non-refundable.
- No-shows on the booking day will result in full payment forfeiture.
Water Sports Policy
Activity Guidelines
- All participants must follow instructor guidelines at all times.
- Safety gear (life jackets, helmets, etc.) must be worn when required.
- Participants must be in good health and disclose any medical conditions prior to booking.
Liability Terms
- Customers are responsible for their own safety during activities.
- Our company is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.
- Any damage to company equipment during use will be charged to the customer.
Tour Packages Policy
Booking Guidelines
- Tour packages are subject to yacht availability and weather conditions.
- Timings must be strictly followed to ensure smooth scheduling.
- Add-ons (food, drinks, water sports) can be combined with tour packages upon request.
Cancellation Terms
- Cancellations follow the same rules as yacht rentals.
- Tour durations cannot be extended unless confirmed by management in advance.
Add-ons Policy
- Add-ons (such as catering, music, or decorations) must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- Add-on prices may vary depending on demand and availability.
- Last-minute add-on requests are subject to approval and availability.
